- NA The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain services of a Family Support Liaison Consultant to provide services in accordance with attached statement of work. This RFQ is a synopsis for nonpersonal services in accordance with the format in FAR 5.207. T he Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is 8999 - Miscellaneous Services. This solicitation is 100 percent set aside for small business with 500 employees or less. Required Central Contractor Registration applies to this solicitation.
