Description

NA A sole source procurement is contemplated with DopplerTech, Inc., 13110 East 49th Lane, Yuma, AZ 95367 to perform the following: 1) non-personal service for the maintenance, repair, and support of the Hawk Radar systems at Dugway Proving Ground (period of performance: 10 December 2002 to 09 December 2004; 2) non-personal service to provide Hawk Radar training, including supplies, for 10 students (period of performance: 10 December 2002 to 09 December 2004); and 3) non-personal support for operations Hawk R adar support for test programs at Dugway Proving Ground?s West Desert Test Center (period of performance: 10 December 2002 to 09 December 2004). DopplerTech, Inc. is the only Weibel authorized external training, maintenance, and repair facility for the H awk Radar system. Pursuant to 10 U.S.C. (C)(1), and Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, supplies, services, and/or equipment required are available from one responsible source and no other type of supplies, services, and/or equipment will satisfy agen cy requirements. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES, However, all responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Supporting evidence must be furnished to demonstrate the ability to comply with the Government' s requirements. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with sole source negotiation with DopplerTech, Inc. The solicitation (DABJ19-03-T-0007) is available through the Army?s Single Face to Industry at http://acquisition.army.mil or thro ugh the U.S. Army Contracting Agency ? Dugway Proving Ground site at https://www.dugway.army.mil/10-3_ContractingDivision.htm. Responses are due 03 December 2002, 1600 (MST).
