- Description
- This is a notice of intent that WR-ALC anticipates issuing a small purchase contract for 4 ea, with options, NSN: 5955-01-432-1585EW, Crystal Oscillator, p/n: 484Y2674. The proposed requirement is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with limited sources, Northrop Grumman, Rolling Meadows IL, and Vectron International, Norwalk Inc. under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested person may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. The Government will consider all proposals received within fortyfive days after date of publication of this synopsis (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement). A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement
