- SOURCES SOUGHT - Nellis AFB, NV is seeking commerical sources to provide a twelve-month lease, with four optio years, of two Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) powered, 41-passenger buses. The buses shall be a Bluebird model D23 or equal. A one-dollar buy-out purchase of each bus shall apply at the end of the five-year lease. Payments shall be made monthly. The NAICS code for this requirement is 532120. The dollar threshold for a small business under this NAICS code is equal or less than 21.5 million annually based on the offeror's average annual gross revenue for the previous three fiscal years.
