- Description
- A firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated. This procurement is being conducted as unrestricted. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 326220. The size standard is 500 employees. Description: 60,000 feet of female silicon seal made to specifications (see Attachment 1 drawing E-13256). Seal is to be delivered on a minimum of 250-foot continuous length spools, with a minimum spool ID (inside diameter) of 28 inches. At the minimum the first 2,000 feet to be delivered by 31 Jan 03 with remaining required by 15 Mar 03. Partial deliveries are acceptable. See attached solicitation for more specific details. Any prospective contractor must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit the SF 1449 (RFQ), including FAR Clause 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications, which shall be considered by the agency.
