Reference the following attachments to this document: a) Summary of Changes to the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) (Amendment 01) b) GITSS amended RFQ showing the changes using the MS Word Track Changes feature (Amendment 01) c) GITSS amended RFQ (clean version with changes incorporated) (Amendment 01) d) GITSS amended Attachment A to RFQ with Track Changes (Amendment 01) e) GITSS amended Attachment A to RFQ (clean version with changes incorporated) (Amendment 01) 2. Request for Qualifications 797-02-08 is amended to incorporate the changes stated in the attached documents. 3. These changes are not considered substantive. Therefore, the submission date of 12:00 (Noon Central Time), 17 DECEMBER 2002, stated in Section 3.4 of the RFQ remains unchanged. These changes have been added to the GITSS website: http://www.va.gov/oa&mm/busopp/gitss/ under the Final Soliciation Link.
