- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information contained in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-09. The NAICS code is 541513 with a small business size standard of $18.0 million. The National Library of Medicine has a requirement for the following products/services: Annual Maintenance Support Ultimate Coverage for the UPS Equipment including: 1. One major preventive maintenance visit scheduled at the NLM?s convenience 2. One minor preventive maintenance visit scheduled at the NLM?s convenience 3. Semi-Annual Battery maintenance and replacement 4. All materials and labor to keep the equipment in good operating condition (excludes battery and capacitor replacement) 5. 30 minute (maximum) call back time 6. Four one-hour on-site emergency response 24x7 7. Access to Factory Technical Support during normal business hours M-F 8 ?5 8. Call Management The products/services will be awarded on lowest cost basis. VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO BID ON ALL OR NONE BASIS. RESPONSES SHALL BE SENT VIA EMAIL TO: NSANGOS@MAIL.NLM.NIH.GOV.
