Specifications plans or drawings relating to the procrement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Govt. PRLI: 0001, QTY:75,000, U/I: EA, Delivery: 75 days,Stock location will be any Conus stock facility (as per the P-41).Option to extend contract 48 months. Other than full and open (10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1)(Far 6.302-1). More than one source (Note 22). Intended source:Hamilton Sunstrand,National Electrical Carbon Products, Miraj. 12 Trade Agreements Act. Unrestricted. Automated Best Value System (ABVS): The final award contract decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation. Award of indefinite qty contract is anticipated. The maximum annual qty is 75,000 each guaranteed miniumum qty is 16,800 each. A Surge and sustainment requirement is included.
