- NSN 2530-00-134-4229. Item Description: Pump Assembly, Power Steering, Used on M809 Series Five-Ton Trucks. Offer A: Per Drawing Cited Below. Offer b: Per Eaton (19954) part no ER11666-7 which shall be finished per cited drawing 19207 12354786-1-1 Products offered provision L30 is applicable to offered provision L30 is applicable to offer B. To be completed by all offerors under Offer B. Offer based on: Manufacturer's name, Eaton Corp, (19954) First Article Test and Tailored ISO 9002 are not applicable to awards under offer B. Offerors under offer A and/or offer B will be evaluated equally. This NSN contains one or more components, which must meet QPL Specifications. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of December 11, 2002. The Small Business size is 700 employees. Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS or SRweb solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Various Increments Solicited: From: 72 to 75, 76 to 80 and, 81 to 85. This solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside.
