- PRODUCTION FACILITY MUST BE WITHIN A 25 MILE RADIUS OF GRISSOM AIR REVERSE BASE INDIANA (NO EXCEPTIONS). This order is for a yearly contract of a monthly newsletter consisting of 8 pages (self cover). Quantity is 1,800 copies per month and trim size is 8-1/2 x 11". Pages 1 and 8 will print in 4-color process plus one additional Pantone color; pages 2 through 7 will print in black only. Paper is 70-lb white matted coated book. Binding is saddle stitching. A zip disk, line art, or color photographs will be furnished; proofs are required.Bidder must mail one copy each to approx. 1,500 addresses at the government's expense; deliver balance (approx. 300 copies) at bidder's expense to Grissom Air Force Base. Order (including proofing) must be completed within 6 working days. BIDDERS MUST HAVE A COMPLETE BID PACKAGE BEFORE SUBMITTING A QUOTATION.
