- Tobacco Garden - This is a Lewis & Clark Interpretive Site project which consists of construction of an access road, parking lot, overlook, handicap accessible trails and walkways, construction of wood jack & pole and wire fences, removal of wire fences, installing new picnic tables, sun shelters with benches, park benches, a precast concrete toilet and signs and obliteration of existing roads. Price Range: Estimated to be between $100,000 and $250,000. This project is not set aside for small business concerns.
