- Solicitation for NSN 1680-00-169-7552 / NPG02322001075. Part #: 123C10223-501. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This is a Navy Identified Critical Safety Item. This solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price Contract for 59 each. A 100% quantity option provision will be included. Required delivery is 275 days ARO. ABVS applies, the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. See notes 1 and 26. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home or http://12.3.216.20/home on the issue date cited in the RFP.
