Answer: Prices are exclusive of all custom duties, VAT and local taxes in Almaty and Tashkent. Question #2: For the water purification system we need to know whether the source of water is this from tap water? Answer: Yes, the source will be tap water. Question #3: Regarding the purity level, are you looking for ultrapure water? Answer: Yes, we are looking for the analytic grade ultra pure water, that will be used for preparation of buffer solutions. Question #4: Please provide us specs for the incubator the height, width, length and number of shelves. Answer: It should be a Low-Temp incubator that could maintain temperature from 22 to 45C and hold at least 4 immunologic plates. It should be either a shaking platform-incubator, or compatible with a shaking platform (inside or outside). Question #5: Please provide the specs for a high-speed centrifuge. Answer: We need a centrifuge for serum separation: separation of serum from blood cells for further analysis of the serum by an immunologic method. This amendment also makes changes in the List of Laboratory Equipment required for each of twenty-seven laboratories: delete - 1 Microplate Universal Photometer; add - 1 Automated Microplate Washer, add (5). Pipet tips, Sterile, 0.5-10uL. The technical specification for equipment for 27 laboratories is as follows: 1 Automated Microplate Reader; Format: 96-well EIA Microplates, 400-700nm Wavelength Range, Filters: 405, 450-490, and 630nm, Speed: < 30 sec/96-well plate, Resolution: 0.001OD, Linearity:+1% from 0 to 2.000OD at 405 and 490nm; +1.5% from 2.000 to 4.000OD at 405 and 490nm; Repeatability: +0.5%; +0.005OD from 0 to 2.000OD at 405 and 490nm, Absorbance Range: -0.100to+4.000OD, Interface: On-board LCD, and ports for PC interface, and printer output; Window-capable, with user-definable protocol; Software: Courve fits, and endpoint screening assay; Self-test; Manual and automatic plate layout, control and assay validation, cutoff criteria, data analysis; Lab technical and/or service manuals (operating instructions, installation, maintenance) in Russian. 1 Automated Microplate Washer; Format: 96-well EIA Microplate; Residual Volume: <2uL/well; Variable fluid flow rate: 150-1000uL/well/second; Soak times: 1 to 600 sec; Height of aspiration: Adjustable; Interface: On-board LCD, and port for PC interface; Software: Standard wash, prime, dispense, aspirate, rinse; Programming at least 10-protocols, with variable wash cycles, manifold type, shaking time, soak time, flow rate; Residual volume reduction; Buffer switching; Programmed maintenance protocol. 1 Low-Temp Incubator (22-45C) with shaker capability for 96-well EIA plates; This could be: (1) a standard 96-well microplate incubator, specially designed for incubation of 2-4 microplates, with shaking regimen, or (2) a standard lab incubator capable to maintain interior temperature between 22 and 45C with a built-in interior outlet to place a microplate shaker inside. 1 8-channel pipettor, 5-50 ul; High accuracy; Adjustable volume; Tip ejector; Manually control dispensing. 1 8-channel pipettor, 50-300 ul; High accuracy; Adjustable volume; Tip ejector; Manually control dispensing. 1 Single channel Pipettor, 0.5-10 ul; High accuracy; Adjustable volume; Tip ejector; Manually control dispensing. 1 Single channel Pipettor, 20-200 ul; High accuracy; Adjustable volume; Tip ejector; Manually control dispensing. 1 Single Channel Pipettor, 100-1000 ul; High accuracy; Adjustable volume; Tip ejector; Manually control dispensing. 1 Water Purification System, 2 position wall mount system, NCCLS Type I Reagent Grade Water Production. 1 Centrifuge for serum separation; Speed range: 0-3200 rpm; Maximum RCF: 1,212 x g; Timer: at least 30 min in 5 min increments; Tubes accepted: 2-15 mL (tube holder adjusters must be supplied).
