- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for non-commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F04700-03-T-0005. The solicitation is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-06 and Defense Acquisition Change Notice (DCN): 20020426. This is a 100% small business set-aside acquisition. The Business Size Standard is $5.0M. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811310. The Air Force Flight Test Center (AFFTC), Edwards AFB, CA, has a requirement for Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 1: Remedial and preventative electrical machinery/equipment maintenance to include: machine, welding, corrosion, composites, and sheet metal for a period of one year with options. All responsible sources may submit a response, which if timely received, will be considered by the AFFTC. CONTRACTORS MUST COMPLY WITH DFARS 252.204-7004, REQUIRED CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (MAR 2001). The following provisions and clauses apply: 52.252-2, Clauses Incorporated by Reference.
