- FSC 1710 - Solicitation No. N68335-03-R-0004 - 100% Set-Aside for Small Business (NAICS Code 332710) - NAVAIR, Lakehurst, NJ requires the acquisition of four (4 Each) Frames in accordance with Drawing No. 626756-1. The option quantity of 4 each is to be invoked through Year 2004. The solicitation will require a first article testing unit and a quality conformance inspection plan with sampling rates. Higher Quality Assurance Program Mil-I-45208 is required. The delivery schedule is 180 days after date of award. This requirement contains First Article Testing, Welding Procedures and Certification of Quality Compliance. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer will be most advantageous to the Government based on past performance and price considered. All requests for copies of the specifications must contain a certified copy of DD Form 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement. To obtain certification, contact Defense Logistics Information Service at (800) 352-3572 or www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/documents.htm. The certified DD2345 shall be sent to June Manganello at Facsimile (732) 323-2735 or E-Mail june.manganello@navy.mil to obtain all the applicable specifications. The solicitation will appear on the NAVAIR homepage located at http://www.navair.navy.mil/doing_business/open_solicitations/. The solicitation will be issued/posted on the NAVAIR Web Site on or after October 28, 2002.
