- Contractor to provide all labor, supplies, and material to service and maintain Government-Owned Medical Air and Medical Vacuum Systems at the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center, 1481 W. 10th Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46202, in accordance with the contract documents. Contract period is date of award thru 9/30/03 with four (4) one year option renewals. The NAICS is 811219 and size standard is $6M. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the government. Contractors are responsible for obtaining a copy of all documents (solicitation and amendments) via the website: http://www.va.gov/oa&mms/busopp/sol.htm. Solicitation shall be available on or about September 13, 2002. This solicitation is issued on an unrestricted basis as a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.
