- The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts intends to award a fixed price contract for chiller service maintenance and emergency repairs, for one base year with two one year options for a total of three years. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment and material for the chiller service maintenance and emergency repairs. This project is a small business set-aside. The National Industry Classification Systems Code for this project is 221122. Prospective bidders may obtain a copy of the solicitation by submitting a written request to the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, Contracting Department, 2700 F Street NW, Washington, DC 20566.
