- Single award term contract for the period 02-01-03 to 01-31-04, for saddle-stitched and perfect bound publications, 8-1/2 x 11". Anticipate approximately 4 to 5 orders per year for approximately 5,500 copies of approximately 20 to 70 pages, per order. Text prints in black ink. Cover pages 2 and 3 print in black ink only or are blank. Cover pages 1 and 4 print in black and one PMS color. Production area restricted to within a 60-mile radius of zero milestone, Washington, DC. Operations include electronic prepress, printing, binding, packing, mailing, and delivery. Quality level II.
