- US General Services Administration seeks space for lease in Bryan, TX. Requirements: The United States General Services Administation is seeking to lease approximately 3,400 BOMA Rentable Square Feet (RSF) of office and related space. The RSF must yield between 3,100 and 3,200 ANSI BOMA Usable Square Feet (BOUSF) for use by Tenant for Personnel, furnishings, and equipment. Location: The delineated area for this requirement is within the city limits of Bryan, TX. Lease Term: Up to Ten (10) years firm. Occupancy: Space must be ready for occupancy no later than August, 2003. Expressions of interest should include the following: (1) building name and address, (2) available BOMA Rentable Square Feet and rate per rentable square foot, (3) floor plan, Picture of building, (4) date space is available, and (5) owner's name and address and written statement fromowner that offeror has legal authority to provide information on the property.
