Description
MULTIPLE AWARD IDIQ CONSTRUCTION & REPAIR/ALTERATIONS WITH DESIGN/BUILD CAPABILITIES, SOLICITATION NO. GS-07P-02-HHD-0110, DUE on or about January 22, 2003, POC Janis Gaulden (817) 978-7097 (Janis.gaulden@gsa.gov) NAICS CODE 236220 NAICS ? 236220. THIS PROCUREMENT IS SET-ASIDE FOR 8(a) FIRMS. General Services Administration (GSA) is soliciting competitive proposals, for Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery ? Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for general construction services with design/build capabilities to include: Interior and exterior building construction and repair, alterations and enhancements including but not limited to electrical, carpentry, masonry, plumbing, mechanical, security, architectural, landscaping, storm drainage, exterior restoration, waterproofing, repointing, cleaning, sealing and other repair/alterations or construction or demolition services as specified, design-build services, earthwork, miscellaneous drainage structures such as culverts and headwalls, pavement repair and construction and other miscellaneous minor civil work items. The primary performance area is Tulsa, Oklahoma, and the Eastern Counties of Oklahoma. Awards will be made to at least three (3) multiple award 8(a) firms. The 8(a) firms shall have a bona fide business within the State of Oklahoma. The duration of the contract(s) shall be for a period of one year with four one-year options. The maximum ordering limitation of each contract is up to $10 million per year per contract. Historically, the average range per delivery order is approximately $23,000. This negotiated procurement will be accomplished by using source selection procedures, which will result in award of a firm fixed price contract to the contractor(s) offering the best value to the Government. Technical ability is more important than price. Any documents related to this procurement will be available via the Internet only. No hard copies will be available. Contractors are responsible for downloading their own copy of all documents. These documents will be in .pdf (Adobe Acrobat) format and will be available at www.fedbizopps.gov on or about December 19, 2002. A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on Wednesday, January 8, 2003, 1:00 p.m. in the GSA Conference Room, Room B03, Tulsa Federal Building, 224 South Boulder, Tulsa, Oklahoma. It is the contractor?s responsibility to monitor this site for the release of any information or documents in the special notices, the solicitation and amendments, if any. Contractors can also register to be notified by e-mail of new postings including synopsis, solicitations, and amendments to the site. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
