- Industrial X-ray Equipment, Isovolt 225 m2/0.4-1.5 with EN focal spot. Machine will require installation with on-site training. 8' x 10' enclosure, with water to oil cooler for the tube head to be mounted to current hydraulic stand that allows the tube head to be set at diffent heights. Safety cutoff switch to the door of the vault and light that illuminates when x-rays are produced. Maximum high voltage output needs to be 225 kv minimum to 350 kv maximum. Output current should be at a minimum 0-15 mA. Focal spot size should be adjustable for large and small focal size. Removal of existing machine is will be required. X-ray machine is used in a ship repair facility for a range of materials from aluminum to stainless steel with a thickness range from 1/32" up to 8" Delivery requested two to three weeks after receipt of order. Specifications to include make and model must accompany quote submitted. All responsible quotes from small businesses will be considered. No large business requests will be accepted. Request for solicitation package must be made in writing. RFQ will issued on 09 December 2002.
