- FISC Det. Phila. intends to extend the ordering period of contract N00140-97-D-1021 in order to provide continued contractual coverage while a competitive acquisiton is conducted. It is anticipated that the ordering period for the N00140-97-D-1021 contract shall be extended through 31 March 2003. This action shall be processed on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1.
