- Description
- FISC Norfolk Det Phila intends to procure 12-months of maintenance support (Dec 2002 - Nov 2003) for the GCCS automated message handling system on a sole source basis from the TELOS Corp of Ashburn, VA utilizing FAR Part 13 procedures. The TELOS Corp hold proprietray rights to the source codes and is the only source capable of providing software maintenance for this system. Any firm interested in this requirement should submit a technical capability statement to the above organization within 4 calendar days of this announcement. Such information should be mailed to the attention of FISC Code 02P22D at the above email address. The government shall not pay for any information submitted. The applicable NAICS code is 541511 / $21M.
