- ADDENDUM TO ORIGINAL---------------In addition to the parts listed below The Naval Air Warfare Center will be adding one more Peculiar Support Equipment item a 1/4 FEMALE QD (QTY 4 each). Parker Hannifin holds proprietary data rights to this data which is essential to the maintenance of the E-2T aircraft components. This proposed acquisition is Peculiair Support Equipment (PSE) for which the Government does not own specifications or drawings. NAWCADLKE intends to procure these items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (C) (1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation package is available for this procurement. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal, which may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
