- This project consists of furnishing and installing 1 new natural gas fired furance with associated controls, thermostat, ductwork and electrical. This also includes balancing the air system including existing and new ductwork.Furnishing and installing 3 new split sysem air conditioning systems including condensing units, evaporator coils and associated electrical. Furnishing and installing new ductwork above the ceiling of the exhibit room and a new connection to a new grille in the orientation room. Demolition of existing ductwork is also required. Furnish and install new blow in insulation in the ceiling above the exhibit room.Work shall commence within 15 days of issuing a notice to proceed anc be complete within 60 days. Performance and Payment Bonds are required in the amount of 100%.Bid Bond in the amount of 20%. The Magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Naics code is 235110 P&S:4120 SIC:1711 Size $7.0,This procurement is open to Large and small business and is subject to Public Law 100-656 Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program.This solicitation will be available O/A December 10, 2002, ONLY at the DOI Website at-(http://ideasec.nbc.gov)-and offerors desiring to conduct business with DOI are requested to register at the web site.
