- NA Furnish all necessary labor, supplies, materials, equipment, and transportation to provide janitorial services for Beaver Lake Project Office, Rogers, Arkansas. The contract period is 01 January 2003 or date of award, whichever is later, through 31 December 2003, with options to extend to 31 December 2007. The solicitation will be made available on or about 6 December 2002. Proposals are due on or about 19 Decem ber 2002. The solicitation will be posted on the Contracting Division Internet website on or about 6 December 2002 so that you may download it. The solicitation will not be available in paper or any other format; however, the Government reserves the righ t to revert to paper or another medium when it is determined to be in the Government's best interest. All documents required for the bid submittal, including amendments to the bid submittal, shall be in paper medium. Electronic medium for submittal of bi d will not be allowed. You may register for this solicitation at the Little Rock Contracting Division Internet website (https://ebs.swl.usace.army.mil). 100% Small Business Set-aside. NAICS #561720 will apply with a size standard of $14,000,000.00.
