- NA This acquisition is for Commercial Item/Services. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, labor, equipment, supplies, and services to provide live-in Park Custodial services, including cleaning and custodial services in the Bloomington East Public Use Area, Walnut area, Oak area, Elm area, Ash area and the Entrance Station south side at Clinton Lake Project, Lawrence, Kansas. The period of performance is one base year (FY03) beginning 01 May 2003 through 30 September 2003, plus three (3) one-year opti ons. The service period for Option Year 1 (FY04) is from 01 May 2004 through 30 September 04. The service period for Option Year 2 (FY05) is from 01 May 2005 through 30 September 2005. The service period for Option Year 3 (FY06) is from 01 May 2006 thro ugh 30 September 2006. The Government will award a contract from this request for proposals to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation on the basis of best value to the Government and in addition to using pricing as a determining factor, evaluations of the contractor?s experience and personal information will be considered. This solicitation is set aside for small business participation. The standard industrial code (SIC) is 7349. The NAICS Code is 561720. All responsible sourc es may submit an offer, which will be considered by this agency. The Solicitation package shall be available on or about December 6, 2002.
