Description

NA The U.S. Army Communications Electronics Command intends to procure up to three thousand five hundred (3500) each Headset Electrical, NSN # 5965-01-464-0220. A Sole Source, Firm-Fixed Price Two Year IDIQ Requirement Contract is anticipated with Bose Corp. This action is processed on the sole source basis IAW FAR 6.302-1(A)(1) and 10 USC 2304(c)(1), however, all responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. (Numbered note 22). Packaging and packing shall be in accordan ce with Contractor best commercial practice. Barcode Markings are required in accordance with ANSI/AIM-BC1, Uniform Symbology Specification Code 39 and MIL-STD-129. Inspection and acceptance is at origin. F.O.B. is destination. Delivery is required to start sixty (60) days after contract. The Request for Proposal (RFP) number is DAAB07-03-R-D004 will be posted at the Army Business Opportunity Page at https://abop.monmouth.army.mil on or about 06 December 2002.
