NA This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for lodging rooms, conference rooms, audio visual equipment, banquet meal, and coffee/beverages/snacks for the Lansing Recruiting Battalion?s Annual Training Conference to be held 5-8 December 2002. Location must b e in lower Michigan. This solicitation is prepared in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR 13 and the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes t he ONLY solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotations (RFQ) under DABJ27-03-T-0012. This request for quotations and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-09. This action is unrestricted; the NAICS code and applicable size standard is 721110 and $6.0 million. A fixed price contract is anticipated for 5 line items. The Government reserves the right t o award on an all or none basis. CLIN 0001, Quantity 619 EA (27 rooms on 5 Dec 02, 296 rooms on 6 Dec 02, 296 rooms on 7 Dec 02), Lodging Rooms, Standard. CLIN 0002, Quantity 296 EA, Banquet Meal on 7 Dec 02, to be served to 296 persons during Awards Ban quet, buffet, 2 meat entrees, 2 vegetable entrees, salad, rolls/butter, 3 dessert entrees, coffee and tea. CLIN 0003, Quantity 1 LS, Audio Visual Support, each day 5-7 Dec 02 will require the following: 12/6 lecturn microphone, 12? cradle screen, 4 each 8 x8 tripod screens, 2 each VHC VCR 27? monitor on cart, 2 each color LCD projector packages, wireless microphone, 12x12 tripod screen. CLIN 0004, Quantity 650 each, Coffee/Beverages/Snacks to be served on 5?7 Dec 02. CLIN 0005, Quantity 1 LS, Conference R ooms as follows: 5 Dec 02 require Hospitality Room, Storage Room, Conference Room theatre style seating capacity 350; 6 Dec 02 require Storage Room, Break Room seating capacity 50 people, 2 each Conference Rooms classroom style seating capacity 225 people , 2 each Conference Rooms theatre style seating capacity 50 people, 2 each Conference Rooms classroom style seating capacity 200 people; 7 Dec 02 require Storage Room.
