Description

Provide temporary full time Medical Record Technician services at the Coast Guard Clinic located at Kodiak, Alaska. This will be a non-personal service contract. This requirement will be accomplished utilizing Far Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The contractor will work weekdays during hours established by the Clinic Supervisor, normally not to exceed 8 hours a day 40 hours a week for a total of 1008 hours per year. Period of performance will be date of award through June 30, 2003. The Request for Quote will be issued on or about November 26, 2002 and close on or about December 6, 2002. This procurement is a Small business Set-Aside. The NAIC code for this acquisition is 621399 and the small business size standard is $5.0 million average annual receipts for the proceeding three fiscal years. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which shall be considered by the agency. NOTE: The solicitation will be available through FEDBIZOOPS website at www.eps.gov. ATTENTION: Minority, Women-owned and Disadvantage Business Enterprises (DBEs). The Department of Transportation (DOT), Short Term Lending Program (STLP) offers working capital financing in the form of lines of credit to finance accounts receivable for transportation related contracts.
