- Description
- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for software maintenance for 74 each Automated Line Test Equipment (ALTE) systems, system maintenance for 2 each REACT 2001, and system maintenance for 2 each IBM RS/6000. The FAA intends to solicit and negotiate only with Hekimian, Rockville, Maryland, in accordance with AMS Policy 3.2.2.4. A market survey was conducted on October 15, 2002, and the results of this survey support our determination to solicit and negotiate with only one firm.
