- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking concerns having the ability for providing residential Community Corrections Center (CCC) services for male and female Federal offenders in the Vancouver/Portland, Washington/Oregon area Clark/Multnomah. Residential services include care, custody, control, accountability, and treatment, including subsistence. The services described shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work entitled, "Community Corrections Center (CCC), August 2000 ( Amended May 2002). This is a firm-fixed unit price indefinite-delivery requirements type contract. The services are estimated to be 89% male and 11% female. The estimated number of inmate days is 25,550 (males) and 10,950 (females) for the base period; 12,775 (males) and 5,475 (females) for option year one; 12,775 (males) and 5,475 (females) for option year two; and 12,775 (males) and 5,475 (females) for option year three, respectively. The solicitation will be available on or about December 24, 2002, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The estimated closing date of the solicitation is February 22, 2003. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by this agency. No collect calls will be accepted. No telephone requests or written requests for solicitation will be accepted.
