- PR No: LTC02284002484. This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a C-5 Aircraft Door, Access. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. There are seven approved sources of supply: Aerostructures Corp., Cage 93221, Williams Aerospace & Manufacturing Co., Cage 3P104, CPI Aerostructures Inc., Cage 9U679, Aero Components, Cage 59213, Lockheed Martin Aeroparts, Cage 0A489, Middle River Aircraft Systems, Cage 1B6R3, and Honeycomb Co. of America, Cage 99115. The OEM is Lockheed Martin Corp, Cage # 98897. The NSN, Part Number, and Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) are as follows: NSN 1560-01-257-5178; P/N: 4W21035-101E REV J, Base Year AEQ: 11 each, Option Year AEQ: 12 each. Delivery: FOB/Acceptance at Origin, 270 days ARO. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 23 December 02. The anticipated award date is 26 March 03. In accordance with 10 U. S. C. 2304 (c) (1), other than full and open competition applies. Reference notes 22, 23 and 26.
