- The Defense Distribution Center Tobyhanna, PA (DDTP) has a requirement for 2 each ? ITW MIMA Cobra Model 32+6 Semi-Automatic Overhead Systems ( 1 each with extended arm floor mount and 1 each standard machine with floor mount) OR EQUAL; and 1 each Mettler Toledo Model #2158 with Hawk Digital Indicator Scale System OR EQUAL. The specifications are as follows: ITW MIMA Cobra Model 32+6 ? PROCESS RATES: 1-35 Loads per Hour. MAXIMUM LOAD SIZE: Cobra 32 +6 ? 56?L x 56?W x 80?H ? 80? Diagonal (Load rated at floor capacity). MINIMUM LOAD SIZE: 24?L x 24?W x 12?H. FRAME CONSTRUCTION: Floor Mount, All Welded, Heavy Duty Formed/Structural Steel Tubing Frame and Arm. SYSTEM SIZE (OPERATING): Cobra 32 +6: 125?L x 115?W x 132?H. ROTARY ARM SPECIFICATIONS: 1 ? 12 RPM (variable), Soft Start/Stop with Positive Alignment; 3/16? High Strength Structural Steel Tubing and Plate Design, Cog Belt Driven, Heavy Duty Gear Reducer, 1/2HP DC Motor, TEFC. FILM DELIVERY SYSTEM: ACCU-STRETCH I ? 20? Standard (Tilted Carriage), Fixed Level, Powered Pre-Stretch, Standard Film Capacity ? 20? Roll Width, 10? Roll Diameter; Factory Pre-Set Levels from 50% to 300% (250% Standard); Patented, Tension Sensing Load Cells for Electronic Film Feed and Corner Compensation, ? HP DC Film Feed Motor, TEFC; Quick Tread Design. The specifications for the Mettler Toledo Model #2158 with Hawk Digital Indicator are as follows: Mettler Toledo Model 2158 floor scale, 5? x 5? platform size, 5,000 x 1lb. Capacity. Epoxy coated mild steel construction. Stainless steel, hermetically sealed loaded cells, Rocker pin suspension for high side loading conditions.
