- Amendment 02: The purpose of this amendment is to notify potential offerors that the aforementioned solicitation was delayed in issuance and will be downloaded at http://www.fedbizopps.gov today, 7-16-02. The site visit is still scheduled for 7-23-02. Due to the size of the site and the number of requests received, it is necessary to reduce the number of individuals per company from 3 to 2 individuals. For each individual the following information is needed: Company Name, Individual?s Name, Social Security Number, Date of Birth, and Citizenship (if Foreign, please provide passport number). This information should be provided, as indicated in the solicitation package, to the Contracting Office at lmullen@comdt.uscg.mil no later than 7-18-02. All individuals will be required to have a picture identification to enter site. Individuals with security clearances should fax a copy to the Contracting Office to the attention of Linda Mullen at 202/267-4475. Additional information for the site visit is provided in the solicitation package, i.e., directions, lodging, airports, and arrival time. The due date for questions is extended from 7-15-02 to 7-30-02, and the proposal due date is extended from 8-6-02 to 8-16-02. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (14-AUG-2002). IT ACTUALLY FIRST APPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 20-NOV-2002.
