- Amendment 01: The purpose of this amendment is to notify potential offerors that the Coast Guard will download the solicitation, specifications, and all other attachments at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The primary point of contact for this solicitation may be reached at email address lmullen@comdt.uscg.mil. The alternate may be reached at bpeterson@comdt.uscg.mil. A hard copy solicitation will not be issued. This amendment is also changing the type of contract to a firm-fixed price contract only, using FAR Part 12. The solicitation document will incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-07. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (27-AUG-2002). IT ACTUALLY FIRST APPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 20-NOV-2002.
