- REPAIR F108 TURBINE ASSEMBLY- LOW PRESSURE UNION ASSEMBLIES (MODULE #13/15). One-year requirements contract with 4 one-year options is contemplated. Item 0001: Input/Output NSN 2840-01-229-5786PN, P/N: 305-482-301-0 and/or 305-482-302-0 and/or 305-482-303-0. Best Estimated Quantities (BEQ): Basic 0001AA, Minor Repair - 1 each, Option I - 2 each, Option II ? 2 each, Option III? 2 each, Option IV ?2 each. Basic 0001AB, Medium Repair - 1 each, Option I - 3 each, Option II ? 2 each, Option III? 2 each, Option IV ?3 each. Applicable to: CFM 56-2B/F108 engines, KC-135R aircraft. Destn: Tinker Air Force Base Ok 73145-3032. Delivery: Item 0001AA and 0001AB: Not to exceed (NTE) 3 each per month starting 30days ARO and receipt of reparables. An Initial Production Evaluation will be required. Item Description: The Turbine Assembly-Low Pressure (LP) Union Assemblies consist of LP Turbine Frame Assembly and LP Turbine Stator/LP Turbine Rotor Assembly. The Repair consists of rework/repair Turbine Assembly- Low Pressure Union Assemblies, clean, inspect, replace parts and repair other assembly components as required to output F-108 Turbine Rotor-Low Pressure Union Assembles as P/N 305-482-301/302/303-0 Assembly. These qualification requirements apply to line item(s) 0001. The approximate issue date is 22 Aug 02 and the estimated response date will be 23 Sep 2002.
