- Description
- The United States Government is seeking to lease approximately 450,000 to 550,000 BOMA rentable square feet of office space. Space must be located in no more than two handicap-accessible buildings that are located within three city blocks of each other. The lease term is ten (10) years firm. Building(s) must be available for phased occupancy commencing on or about January 2, 2003. The solicitation for offers will be released on or about October 17, 2002. This synopsis updates the previous advertisement for this requirement under reference number DTSA20-02-C-00514.
