Description

The Government intends to enter into a sole source contract with Hoffman Management, Inc. to provide approximately 230 parking spaces at the Hoffman Complex, located at 200 Stovall Avenue, Alexandria, Virginia. The Government currently leases office space at the Hoffman Complex under a separate agreement. Services shall include the daily policing for trash and debris; ensuring that all storm drains are kept unclogged and free of debris; providing adequate lighting; and prompt removal of snow and ice. Each parking space will measure approximately 8 ft. 1 in. x 16 ft. and will be located in a 69,000 square foot section oriented at the northwest corner of the Hoffman Complex. Services shall commence January 1, 2003 and continue through December 31, 2003 for the initial period. The contract will include an additional 4 option periods, each one year in length. See note 22.
