- Description
- The Department of the Treasury, Bureau of the Public Debt, intends to issue a commercial item solicitation for the processing and duplication of black and white 16mm original negative microfilm and the production of diazo copies. Film to be processed will both be delivered via courier to the Contractor?s site and be picked-up by the Contractor at the Bureau of the Public Debt, Parkersburg, WV. The Contractor will be required to process the film, including pick-up, processing, and delivery back to Public Debt, Parkersburg, WV, within two hours (more time may be provided for processing, depending upon the time and day the pick-up is made and the type of request). The Contractor shall be required to provide all supervision, labor, facilities, equipment, and materials to meet the requirements of the contract. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price contract. This procurement is set-aside for small business competition only. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this solicitation is 518210 and the Small Business Size Standard is $21 million. The contract will have a base period with four one-year option periods. A date for a site visit will be included in the solicitation. Interested offerors may register at http://www.fedbizopps.gov to receive notification when the solicitation and any amendments are issued and available for downloading. Please note that the General Services Administration provides the notification service as a convenience and does not guarantee that notifications will be received by all persons on the mailing list.
