- The Naval Inventory Control Point (NAVICP) Mechanicsburg intends to receive firm, fixed price quotes for the procurement of Publication Subscriptions and applicable services. The Government intends to acquire commercial items using FAR Part 12. A hardcopy solicitation may be requested by contacting Valerie Kolaric at (717) 605-5325. Offers are due to Valerie Kolaric, Contract Specialist, Naval Inventory Control Point, 5450 Carlisle Pike, P.O. Box 2020, Bldg. 407, Code 0272.14, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055-0788 by COB 30 December 2002. The Government will not pay for any information received. Facsimile proposals shall be accepted at (717) 605-4600. Telephonic quotes will not be honored. Award will be issued on or about 15 days after response date.
