Quotes are being sought to provide a Maintenance service for the parts and labor of eight (8) Hospital owned 850 Tektronic Printers located at Naval Hospital, Camp Pendleton, CA. . A fixed priced contract is anticipated for this RFQ. The RFQ number is N00244-03-T-0215. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-04 and DFAR Change Notices effective through 01/29/02. Parties responding to this solicitation may submit their quote in accordance with the RFQ, but must include the following information: company's complete mailing and remittance addresses, discounts for prompt payment, if any (eg 1% 10 days), the company's cage code, Dun & Bradstreet Number, and Tax payer ID number.
