- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation N61339-03-T-0011 is issued as a request for quote and incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-9. This solicitation shall be awarded on a sole source basis to TEAC AMERICA, INC. NAICS Code for this solicitation is 423860 with a size standard of 500 employees. This is a firm fixed price requirement. The anticipated award date is 6 December 2002. The following item is required: CLIN 0001, Remote Control Units for V-82 HI 8MM Recorder, TEAC P/N VW10PT, 50 each. Delivery shall be made no later than 90 days after award to United Defense, ATTN: Gerald Price, x3176, MS X10, 328 Brokaw, Gate 11, Santa Clara, CA 95050; acceptance shall be made at destination upon delivery. Delivery shall be made FOB Destination. The following FAR/DFARS provision and clauses apply to this acquisition 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5 Deviation. FAR/DFARS clauses can be located at the following site: http://www.arnet.gov/far. The following clauses of DFARS 252.212-7001(a), (b) and (c) apply: 52.203-3, 252.225-7001, 252.225-7012, 252.243.7002 and 252.247-7023. A completed copy of the following must be included with the quote: FAR 52.212-3 and DFARS 252.212-7000. The following clauses also apply: 252.204-7004 and 252.209-7001. The DPAS rating for this solicitation is N/A. See Note 22 (forty-five days is changed to read fifteen days). Quote is due at or before 1300 (1:00 PM), EST 6 December 2002.
