- Description
- The B256 Expansion portion of the project involves demolition of ~77,000 sf manufacturing facility with ~3,000 sf 2nd floor for administrative functions. The majority of the manufacturing facility will have ~100 ft clear spans with 47 ft eave height. The B385 Renovation portion of the project involves converting a 10,800 sf storage building into manufacturing space and cosntructing a~4,800 sf addition. Estimated cost is in the range of $5 - $10 million. Construction documents will be available on or after 12/10/2002. A $50 non-refundable check, made payable to ATK Tactical systems Company, attn.
