- NA This notice has been modified as follows: FSC:J099, SIC:7389, NAICS:561990, Size Standard is $6 million. The solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business, and will be issued on or about November 22, 2002, with a bid date of 23 December 2002. All other information remains the same. The Seattle District has a requirement for removing and disposing of two sets of lock gates. Remove a small amount of concrete underwater from slots for stoplogs. Place stoplogs, using divers to seal stoplogs. Install new Government furnished lock gates . Adjust fit of new gates to achieve seal. Proposed procurement will result in Firm-Fixed Price Contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237990 and the Standard Industry Classification Code (SIC) is 1629 with size standard of $28.5 Million. This solicitation will be issued as an Electronic Bid Set (EBS) on Seattle District U .S. Army Corps of Engineers Contracting Web page in electronic format only. No disks will be mailed. Firms must register via the Internet at the following address: http://www.nws.usace.army.mil/ct/ in order to receive notification about amendments. The solicitation will be available for download on or about 5 November 2002.
