NA This requirement is for PRON: AX2F0270AX, NSN: 5315-01-329-0707, PN:70103-08107-102 Contract Minimum Quantity: 4,600 each and Maximum 22,000 each, with five year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement applicable to the UH-60 Airframe. This item is restricted to Shur-Lok Corporation, 2541 White Road, Irvine, California 92614, Cage Code: 97393; Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, 6900 Main Street, Stratford, CT 06615, Cage Code: 78286; Avibank MFG. Inc., 11500 Sherman Way, North Hol lywood, CA 91609-1909, Cage Code: 84256 and Monogram Aerospace Fasteners, 3423 South Garfield Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90040-3103. Destination with delivery to Texarakana, TX 75507-5000. Required delivery with First Article Testing (FAT) is 4,600 each 225 days after contract award (DACA). Required delivery without FAT is 4,600 each 150 days after contract award. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. An alternate source must qualify in accordance with the design control activity?s procedures, as approved by the cognizant Government engineering activity. This is a Flight Safety Part. ?This Acquisition contains Data which is considered Critical Technology and has been r estricted for release outside the United States. This information cannot be released outside the United States Without Prior Approval of the Government.? The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of rele ase for solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Firms that recognize and can produce the required items described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
