- NA This is a proposed sole source acquisition to Dr. Duehn, Arlington, TX 76011. The acquisition will be to provide expert instruction on psychological aspects of child sexual abuse perpetrators, specifically on behavior indicators. Instruction must include b ut is not limited to following: present most current data on behavior profiles of child sexual abuse offenders based on empirical research and professional experiences; perpetrators and their use of pornography; techniques for interviewing child sexual abu se offenders; provide student handouts for 60 students in each course. There will be six (6) courses for the period 2 December 2002 through 30 September 2003. Instructor will have the following qualifications; Doctorate Degree in psychology and social work ; minimum of six (6) years experience in instruction/seminar presentation to criminal investigators, preferably with the CAPIT course within Military Police or Family Advocacy field; minimum ten (10) years experience counseling and interviewing child sexua l abuse offenders; published author in professional journals and periodicals; must be nationally recognized expert in field of child sexual abuse by presenting seminars and conferences sponsored National and International organizations. All responsible sou rces may request additional information and submit a bid, proposal or quotation which will be considered by the U.S. Army MPS, Family Advocacy Law Enforcement Training and Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. If no bids, proposals or quotations are received an awa rd will be made to Dr. Duehn on 27 November 2002. Information will be provided for the above in electronic requests only.
