REPAIR-Cage and Valve Assembly for TF33 Engine SOL F34601-03-R-48760 DUE 10 JAN 2003 OC-ALC/LPKPA TINKER AFB OK 73145-3030, For additional information contact Billie Kindschuh/LPKPA/(405) 734-8094 It is anticipated this will be a 1-year Requirement contract with 4 1-year options plus a 90-day option. Item 0001 NSN 2915-00-224-4131RV, P/N: 584890, NOUN: Pressure Regulating Valve QTY: 1st year 14 ea., 2nd year 26 ea., 3rd year 16 ea., 4th year 22 ea., 5th year 17 ea. Item 0002 NSN 2915-00-778-9093RV, P/N: 544296, NOUN: Pressure Regulating Valve QTY: 1st year 78 ea., 2nd year 78 ea., 3rd year 78 ea., 4th year 78 ea., 5th year 78 ea. The cage and valve assembly consists of matching parts; the plate and valve which is approximately 1/4 inch in diameter by 6 inches long containing multiple grooves at specific locations; the sleeve and cage is approximately 3 inches in diameter by 3 inches long with a sleeve consisting of 2 screen sections extending from the center approximately 5/8 inch diameter by 2 inches long. The repair consists of manufacturing certain replacement parts as well as honing and grinding and testing the repaired assets prior to finishing. There is no Government Furnished Tooling. Applicable to: TF33 Engine. Destn: Tinker Air Force Base OK 73145-3032. Delivery: Item 0001 1-2 EA PER MONTH, Item 0002 6 EA PER MONTH. The approximate solicitation issue date will be 10 DEC 2002. The approximate solicitation response date will be 10 JAN 2003. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation through FedBizOps at http://www.eps.gov/.
