- Description
- The objective of this acquisition is to develop advanced technologies for incorporation into Block 2008 and future Block ABL?s. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source for the proposed contract action under the authority of FAR 6.302. The Government anticipates that the contractor who participated in the Concept Design and Program Definition and Risk Reduction/Block 2004 contracts will be the only responsible source capable of successfully competing for the Technology Insertion contract. However, interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals.
