- Description
- The objective of this acquisition is to purchase critical components for the ABL. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with up to three separate sole sources for the proposed contract action under the authority of FAR 6.302. The Government anticipates that the three primary contractors who participated in the Concept Design and Program Definition and Risk Reduction/Block 2004 contracts will be the only responsible sources capable of successfully competing for the Infrastructure Improvement contract. However, interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals.
